Build Up started as a CrossFit gym. CrossFit is the ‘Constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity’. At Build Up, everything we do is an attempt to improve our overall fitness and this is something we learned from CrossFit.

CrossFit can be scaled to any fitness level.

Honestly, it’s very hard to explain everything that CrossFit is, so coming in for a Free Class (click here for schedule) is the best way to learn. These videos should help as well.
