We know sometimes a personal touch is necessary to get the desired results someone might be looking for.  Build Up has a personal training area that is used for 1 on 1 training.

Meet our Personal training Coaches

Katie Luna is a professional IFBB model who understands the challenges people can face when it comes to trouble areas and accountability. She does not disappoint.

Rachell Labender is an IFBB Pro, has her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise and Wellness, and has been a personal trainer for over 5 years. She loves to work with clients one-on-one and find each person’s own unique motivations helping them with nutrition, stress management, and of course putting them through a tough workout according to their individual needs and areas they want to focus on.


Personal Training is bought on a ‘per session’ basis.  Each session is 30 min of weight training and 30 min of cardio.  Days and time of sessions are worked out between you and Katie.

30 Min Session = $25 for members and $30 for Non members
8 sessions – $225 Non Member and $200 Member
12 Sessions – $300 Non Member and $250 Member
