What is Bootcamp? aka- CrossFit Lite?
We understand that everyone’s fitness journey has a different flavor. To help those who do not feel comfortable in the CrossFit environment, we’ve created classes that are a great workout but less technical. Here is what you need to know:
- Class runs for 6 weeks. If you miss a start date we can still get you in.
- There are less class time/day options than the full CrossFit membership.
- If you have a full CrossFit membership, then some of these classes are free.
- Classes run for 1 hour and follow the Build Up belief of group classes, high intensity, and functional movements. Some use this as a gateway to a full CrossFit membership, others repeat it over and over.
Currently, we have the following Bootcamp class:
6 Week Full Body + Nutrition with Jessica Carling
Jessica has a gift for helping people getting into shape. This class is 3 times a week and Jessica is there to help you create a nutrition plan and stick to it. She’s known to text her students to make sure they are still on the wagon.
- Class times – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 & 9:30 AM
